Ace says its time to quit holding back on Andrew Sullivan.  I agree with Ace, Sully wants to play this game, let's fucking play.  

Sully, being the catty little man-bitch (yeah, Ace's term, but you can't beat it for accuracy) he is, can't stand that a candidate like Fred is shaping up to be  a strong candidate in the Presidential Race.  So he then says that Fred has had a "colorful and wide-ranging sex life", basically an implication that Fred is flaming. 

We'll undoubtedly get the "Gee, you guys sure are defensive about this" line, if we haven't already. 

Sully and everyone else spreading this libelous/slanderous crap know that that's what it is, crap.  Everyone knows Fred likes his women, perhaps a little too much, and as Ace points out, you usually don't go for blonde chicks with big tits and similar builds if you're looking for a beard.

Then Ace crossed the Rubicon on what has been a traditionally hush-hush topic.  Sully himself has a "colorful and wide-ranging sex life", and we aren't talking about being gay.  Conservatives who have criticized or gone after Sully have generally held back on reminding people of what Sully truly is.

 Most of my AoS readers (all five of you) know what Deb Frisch is about, but I know I have a few HotAir readers who may not be as familiar with what Deb Frisch is.  Deb Frisch is a leftist psycho.  She made sexual threats against his son, as well as other threats and harrassment.  Baldilocks has what she wrote in an old blog entry.

She has posted his childs full name online, and has continued to pick up blogs at various addresses and continue making bizarre threats and other libelous things directed at Jeff and others, even with court orders to cease and desist. The link I give you has a link to a timeline from a Deb Frisch watchdog group.

If nothing else, keep Jeff, Jeff's family, Dan, and any other future victims of this lunatic in your prayers, but please, again, if you can, throw a little change in Jeff's tip jar, help him out.

I wondered when this was gonna come. Karol at Alarming News sensed something was up a little bit ago, when she had a group of Firefighters at her place. 

The question is gonna be twofold as to its effectiveness,

1.)Will it it come off as a hit piece by bunch of spoiled lazy Unionist hacks taking swipes at Rudy for not giving the fire departments everything under the sun, or will they score a hit and make Rudy look like a stingy prick?

2.) Or will they tarnish the Iconic Image of Rudy in the Chaos of 9/11, or will they in fact, hurt themselves as Rudy's image remains intact? 

I think its gonna depend on how the argument looks, whether it looks like a bunch of Union machinery vs. Rudy or real common firefighters vs. Rudy with (at least perceived) real grievances.  If its the latter, its gonna be a real drag on his campaign.

Guess we'll have to find out.  I imagine the media will try and build up the firefighters side in an effort to knock down Rudy and his 9/11 imagery.

Not as bad as this guy.

He was the passenger of this truck, which crashed and burst into flames, the driver was killed and he was trapped inside as fire raced through the car.

There was a municipal septic pump truck nearby with a full tank.  They waited for the police to arrive, and asked the police if they should release their tank to put out the fire.  The police said to do it. 

The workers pumped 1500 gallons of raw sewage to put out the fire, which took about ten minutes.  The fire company had yet to arrive.  Finally with the fire extinguished, they were able to pull the man out of the truck and get him to a hospital, where he is in critical, but stable condition.  Infection is a big concern right now because of his burns, as reported by the hospital. 

Holy shit.

Seriously, this is NOT GOOD!

OSHA is basically trying to make it so you can't store ammunition, as in, put together such a clusterfuck of regulation that it would be impossible for Gun Store Owners and even big box and outdoors stores like Wal*Mart or Gander Mountain to comply.   We can't let this happen.  It could theoretically make buying ammunition impossible, thus making guns nothing but awkward clubs.  Your right to keep and bear arms is in jeopardy here, so be sure to let the proper people know that this is not acceptable. 

This doesn't surprise me from OSHA, they pull this type of stupid shit all the time, but this one is different, they're going after a constitutional right, and they need to be stopped, now.

And a question, why the hell isn't Bush putting the Kibosh on this?  He can.  Why aren't congresscritters raising a stink?  Something about this is fishy as hell.  What is it with the government now?  I swear to God they're at war with their own people.  First thee highly undemocratic methods of trying to pass Amnesty, then this?  Something's up, and I don't like it.

As for the concert itself, it sounds like it was pure crap. No real WOW!  Factor in the acts.  But you can't really fault Gore for that, music these days is just plain sucky.  Honestly, when is the last time you bought an actual CD from a mainstream artist that wasn't written or produced twenty years or more ago?  I honestly don't remember, its been that long.

I'm not all that shocked by this, in Asia, freshness is a major part of culinary culture, and you don't get much fresher than a live fish killed on the spot.

When my father was doing business in China he went to a sushi restaurant where they would chop up the fish and serve you the whole thing.  The head, tail and fins were still moving, so the fried carp just seems a natural progression of that.  I don't know how he did it, I doubt that I could sit there and eat a fish that was sitting there moving, looking like it was alive.  I don't really like fish much to begin with.  I can eat Fish'n'Chips, and that's about it.

Naturally, the media sides with our chump governor Fast Eddie Rendell.  For once the state GOP is showing that they might have some balls, they're about the size of BBs at this point, but its something. 

Fast Eddie shut down most of the non-essential state functions, but what else did he shut down?  The gambling centers! That's right!  You notice when a Democratic governor is forced to shut down state functions they always shut down the casinos and OTBs, which are one of the biggest profit generators for any state?

 I believe Bob "I don't need to wear a fucking seatbelt" Corzine did the same thing during that state's budget issues.  Of course, Fast Eddie isn't keen on actually following traffic laws either. Its a highly profitable operation for the state, sucking up massive tax dollars voluntarily given away!  There is definitely a reason they do that.   I'm not sure what it is, but its shady. 

So why hasn't a budget been passed? 


The big reasons for Fast Eddie to fight this is he wants a big green energy slush fund for a bunch of dumbass wind turbines and payola for people who install ugly-ass solar panels on their house, and I'm sure a bunch of other dumb wasteful shit.  He also wants a bunch of money for Philly transit, at the cost of other city transit systems in the state, as in, he wants to slash transit funding for other cities and put it in Philly's SEPTA (more like SEPTIC) system, which is pure shit because Philly is a scummy city filled with corrupt retards who couldn't make a See'n'Say work properly if their lives depended on it. If Philly can't set up a functioning public transit, don't make the rest of the state pay for it. He also wants an extended Big Nanny smoking ban. Fuck Philly, give it to New Jersey.

Actually, the GOP might stick to its guns for once. I don't know if anyone remembers, but in PA, we had a bunch of KleptoCons and a good number of Democrats sneak themselves a pay raise and raise taxes.  A decent number of heads rolled (though not enough) in the state election for the Pay Raise, and there are a lot of people in the state legislature who ran on not letting bullshit like this get pulled, so that's what they're doing.

I didn't pick the URL doubleplusundead for nothin'.  And for shame, I've only bothered to put up a single post highlighting a zombie game.  Of course, I have sent Ace a couple that he has linked in the past, but I'll make my own list anyway, and not care if there are repeats from Ace's.  Some of these are really good and fun, some are OK, some are not great but they are timekillers. And they're in no particular order either.

I saw Sobek at Innocent Bystanders linked a Zombie game, Zombie Horde 3, which isn't bad, its kind top down 3rd person GTA(Grand Theft Auto, for anyone that doesn't know) type thing, sorta like the first two GTA's with less driving, if GTA were a zombie game.

 Its a decent game, but its too ambitious for a flash game, I saw someone make that comment at the game site, I agree and thought the same when I played it.

So I'm gonna start compiling a list of Zombie games, here we go!

1.)  Zombie Grinder is the game in the first link in this post, on rare occasion the Zombies won't appear for you, try refreshing, and if that fails, google 'Zombie Grinder' and there will be several sites that have the game.  You can read my full review of the game at that link, it is a very fun fast paced game, and unless you find the screaming grindcore music too much, you'll probably enjoy it too.  The game speeds up and slows down with the music, which adds a very unique gameplay element.  Blowing away a zombie with a shotgun in slow motion, with big chunks of zombie spraying outward is very satisfying.

2.) Endless Zombie Rampage.  This game is a decent one, though it can be a bit slow in the early stages, and becomes too easy once you figure out how to earn money and upgrade your gear fast.  At some point you'll be just be shredding things with the biggest gatling with near infinite health.  It does have a saving feature if you want to save your progress, God knows what kind of spyware you're putting on your computer, but its an interesting feature.  Eh, maybe its not spyware, who knows? 

3.) The Last Stand.  This is probably my favorite, and Zombie Grinder making the close second.  This is a very fun game, its a bit on the easy side, but it is such a blast, with cool weapons and good gameplay.  Last Stand should be on everyone's favorite zombie game list. 

4.) Boxhead Series.  The Boxhead games are fun, if a little cutesy, in a LEGOman sort of way, though they spray blood all over. The games are as follows, The Rooms, More Rooms, 2Play Rooms, and the original Boxhead.


5.) Zombie Survival series.  I'm not a huge fan of either of these games, but hey, if you're bored, its a game.  Its a 2-d game, zombies come from either side of the screen or up from below, you shoot them.  Here's the First, and the sequel, where the main character looks like a cheap HUNK ripoff with mantits.

6.) Zombie Horde II.  I haven't sat down to play this one thoroughly yet, but it looks like it is a more simple concept than Horde III, so it might be better.  Certainly better than Horde I, which was utter crap.

7.) De-Animator is a pretty good game too, so give this one a try, inspired by a short story.
