This Woman Has No Shame

What. The. Fuck? This is the sort of fucking bullshit that we have had to endure for way too fucking long from the RINOs and "betters" who run the RNC and various groups. Those fucking idiots are the ones who constantly shit on much of their base, then tell those of us who aren't fucking party hacks and mouthpieces that we are bad people if we don't just smile and take it (see Mr. Dede from last year). And when they fucking lose? They are the ones going out of their way to undermine the people who had had enough (see every other fucking RINO who has lost and refuses to endorse the primary winner), going so far as to fucking fly lawyers up to Alaska to help one of their own. And she fucking lectures us on "loyalty"?

Fuck that shit. Fuck it until it turns squishy from overuse. I am fucking sick and fucking tired of the RINOs and "betters". I am fucking sick and fucking tired of them ignoring us. I am sick and fucking tired of them lecturing us and treating us as though we are stupid children. I am sick and fucking tired of them collaborating with the statists and then telling us we need to vote for them. And I am sick and fucking tired of them thinking they can do whatever the fuck they want and think that their elected office is a birthright, and that they can and should do whatever they can to hold onto it, voters be damned.

No, fuckquacks. You all need to get fucking swept out to the sea along with the lefties you enable. Your loyalty is to your office, while my loyalty is to the voters who fucking decide your fate. And the fact you can't fucking take it will only make your defeat and irrelevance even sweeter.

You. Are. Dead. To. Us.

People like Charlie Crist and Liza Murkoosky are bad enough, but when we've got a sore loser who decides to go whole hog and endorse the leftist program, it's time for a purge.

This douche needs to never see a single dollar from ANY Republican Party organization ever again. If he is invited to speak at any GOP function during the rest of his life, he should be heckled. If he ever runs for office again, his GOTV volunteers should get kicked in the nuts and reminded that they brought it on themselves for supporting a fucking turncoat piece of shit.

I've been a member of the Republican Party since the day I turned 18. I don't know which is scarier...The fact that some people are also members, or the fact that some people are also members.

There Will Be (Electoral) Blood

I cannot add anything more to what has been said the last 18 months. We stand three weeks away from telling the statists, leftists, RINO collaborators, and assorted fuckjumbles what we think about them and what they have done and wish to do to us. Hell, even their big money sugar daddies are bailing on them.

And to that, I say:

Democrats holding recess hearings on 401K seizures?

They do realize what kind of internal instability they'd be causing by even trying to do this...right?

But of course he did

Jihadi wannabe blogger Samir Khan has relocated to Yemen and declared himself al-Qaeda.  I thought I'd post an approximation of Khan's future, in between hiding out in assorted third-world shitholes,

Do you kiss your husband with that mouth?

Maybe she really views it as a compliment, as in "I like my husband to call me a whore in bed."

Fox News says people with knowledge of what happened say it was Brown's wife who suggested calling Whitman a "whore," for cutting a deal to get the union's endorsement.
So, NOW is an appropriate time for the iron.

Wisconsin Politics Update

Just thought I'd weigh in on the current political climate in Wisconsin.

I know its political season when my wife starts complaining about all the commercials, "When is this shit over?"  All parties are buying outrageous allotments of air time on pretty much every local television provider and both the Senate (Feingold/Johnson) and Governor's (Punched-in-the-face/Walker) have gone pretty much entirely negative.  The plus side on that is that the majority of the Republican entries are dealing with falsehoods in their opponent's ads instead of direct attacks.

I finally saw the end-zone celebration ad from Feingold and its a snoozer.  In case you out-of-staters were wondering, he's done.  This race is over.  Feingold is spending more time talking about NAFTA/GAFTA than any current political issue.

I believe the Walker/Barrett race is closer and the usual lefty organizations have pulled out all the stops (read:  are lying) to beat the favorite.  Recently, Planned Parenthood et. al. have been going on about how he'll ban abortion and a recent campaign commercial stated that Walker would "ban all stem-cell research" with the obligatory paraplegic woman weeping about a cure.

I still think he's going to win (he's up by about 6 pts on average right now) but that one will be closer than it probably should be.

In my district, the 4th Wisconsin Congressional, the Democrat is running unopposed and with good reason, it is a D +22 district according to Cook PVI.  Looks like I'll have to run myself if we want to get a change in that office.

Anyway, overall the outlook is quite good in Wisconsin and this very purple state seems to be trending toward red.

You can either donate $50K to the troops...

Or you can make those Obama-logo-copying pantywaists at Pepsi do it.

Operation Combat Boot Comfort was in 1st place to win until a day or two ago.  You can vote at the link or you can text 100569 to Pepsi (73774).  Vote early, vote often.

Seriously, go look at what else is in the running.  There is nothing else as important as taking care of our troops, as we won't have children's playgrounds or schools or hospitals if we don't have our military to defend our country.

Revenge of the more housing stuff

There's momentum underway to push through a nationwide mortgage foreclosure due to the irregularities revealed in Bank of America's handling of foreclosures. Now, the WaPo is reporting that the Obama Administration knew, at the least, that the mortgage lending industry was not in position to deal with this problem.

This article is interesting in what it does and does not say and in the general tone of the article itself.  There's more than a whiff of "those bad bad lenders who only wanted to make money and who didn't care about the poor homeowners" to it.  I'll admit to being torn about this.  Of course the companies servicing the loans wanted to make money.  That's the whole point of being in that business.  (We'll leave to another day the undercurrent that mortgage lending, if not mortgages themselves, seem to be viewed as a combination of an entitlement and a charity.)  I am, however, a bit loathe to defend the mortgage serving industry as a whole since there were quite a number of really bad actors out there.

As always, what I'm more interested in some of the almost throwaway lines in the article, such as this.

There is no evidence so far that the specific abuses made public in the past few weeks were known to government officials. Nor is it clear whether they were aware that the process of the selling and reselling of mortgages among financial firms - which became extremely common and highly profitable during the housing boom - was raising legal questions about who actually owned the loans and had the right to foreclose if they want bad.

This is something I've mentioned before but it bears repeating.  The churning in the mortgage marketplace created a situation where it can be very difficult to determine what entity is the true holder of the mortgage.  My prior firm did pro bono work, including some foreclosure defense, and I've had the joy of trying to work through the paperwork to verify if the entity claiming to be the final lien holder was, in fact, the final lien holder.  There was one instance where a company filed a foreclosure and stated that it was in the process of finalizing the assignment of the loan.  We pointed out to the court, and the court agreed, that in the process of finalizing meant that the entity filing suit didn't actually own the loan.  If you don't own the loan, then you do not have standing to file suit.  All that did was delay things for a month or so until the paperwork cleared but it is a problem.  Filing an action without standing to do so can open the door to counterclaims for abuse of process.  There's also the problem that if the house is foreclosed and sold and then another party shows up and proves that it was the real lienholder, then the home owner may be on the hook to yet another party.  It is a real problem, not just a lawyer trick to get people out of foreclosure.

What I find difficult to believe is that the Obama Administration is shocked and surprised by this.  Or, well, maybe not since it is an obvious problem.  The Obumbles don't really seem to have a grasp of the obvious.  If anyone from the administration spent more than two minutes talking to anyone who deals with this area it would have been mentioned.  Hell, just do a bing search for how to defend foreclosure and there are tons of articles bringing up this point.

Should all foreclosures be halted?  No.  The housing market cannot possibly stabilize until there is some type of certainty regarding how and when the backlog of foreclosed properties will hit the market.  Should BoA be liable for screwing up how it handled the paperwork?  Yuppers.  The rules exist for a reason.

A hole to fill...

(Not that kind of hole.  Fucking pervert.)

We have a hole in our front yard where we had a damaged tree removed, and we have a tree to plant in the hole.  Now I'm wondering if the tree can survive long enough for me to put a headstone and this next to the hole...

Goldberg's Law

The first time I saw this law was in a Jonah Goldberg article years ago (back when he still talked to his couch and was funny), but I don't know if he coined it or just noticed it.
any organization that is not specifically conservative will eventually become a leftist organization

So what brings this up?

The national VFW PAC is endorsing all kinds of slimy, anti-military Dems over pro-troop GOPers and in some instance they're actually supporting a Dem over a vet.
Most egregiously they're actually supporting some tool over LTC (r) Allen West, that's right, they're endorsing some slimy corrputocrat over a bona fide hero of a foreign war. Read the comments, they're not amused.

And the Milblogs ain't laughing (even Laughing Wolf, and he laughs at everything, it's right there in his name).
At least at Blackfive they're saying burn your VFW cards and join the French Foreig.... errr... the American Legion to pressure the VFW to change their PAC leadership now instead of allowing them to spend donations to defeat veterans running for office and promising to do something next August at their annual meeting.

It's not really my business (they don't allow one-eyes in the military), but I know a bunch of vets look at the pics on this blog, some might even occasionally read it and a few comment so I figured I'd link just in case those vets don't also read This Ain't Hell or Blackfive.

Eh, maybe they should just shut up and let their betters tell them who to vote for, just like those stupid tea partiers who've energized the "base" like nobody since Ronnie Raygun and yet keep being all unhelpful.

Why I dislike the tea party in one easy post.

Knock me for being in DC and losing touch with "real people" (whatever that means) all you want, but this is fucking ridiculous.  And why is he the nominee? Because it seems that a lot of tea party types, for whatever reason, think that previous elected service to one's state is some type of unpardonable sin.

Great job, New York Republicans. Excellent.
