Words are failing me today

I've been sitting here for a good fifteen minutes, trying to puzzle out a way to express my utter disgust for noted Democrat Fred Phelps, leader of Westboro Baptist Church, without putting our little blog in danger of being investigated for death threats. I'm at a loss. So I'll just point you to this link, and allow my fellow bloggers and our three readers to take a crack at the outrage.

2 Yup, that's standard for federal appellate practice. In federal court, the loser is taxed certain costs. If there's an appeal, some of those costs are included as well.

Which isn't to say that I approve of this. My suggestion as to what Phelps and his idiotic "church" can do are well known. But it is standard practice.
