The Most Adorable Punishment Ever!

Bangkok's police force has found a unique way to discipline sloppy behavior by police officers. They're following the philosophy that was behind cleaning up New York City in the 90's(focusing on petty crime to reduce all crime), but Bangkok is doing it their own special way.
The Bangkok police are now punishing officers that litter, park illegally, are late to work or commit other minor offenses will be forced to wear a cute little pink Hello Kitty armband for several days. It has little hearts and of course, Hello Kitty. The offending officer will not be permitted to say what their offense was.
