We've let the left define conservatism far too much, and now they're moving toward criminalizing it, and of course, much of the GOP leadership is either complicit or too cowardly to oppose them.  This has become a fight that regular folks are going to have to fight.  I'm actually pretty confident we can turn things around, but it's going to take a long, long time and a lot of work.
