How far gone is the city of LA that they are literally trying to buy off gangs with city funds?  They've literally lost control of the city, and its pretty much an open secret.  When any US city is subsidizing active gang members to try and buy them off, we've got serious problems.  At least in PA, we have decent Second Amendment rights, good luck California, you're gonna need it.

I just added an update to the post...turns out that:

1. This practice of funding gangbangers with taxpayer funds has been going on in LA for some time

2. Celebrities and athletes may have been duped into donating to gangbangers

3. Janice Hahn actually wants to raise taxes to keep funding gang members...

Sheesh...I may have to move to Tijuana where it might actually be safer...
