Reuters: What nefarious personal demons did Justice Scalia bring to the Heller decision?
Did he rule with the majority because he is *gasp* a hunter?!

The Big Boss in my firm was bitching at me about the ruling today. I backed him down fast by pointing out that what kept me safe when my insane ex threatened me was my Glock and the fact that he knew that I had both the ability and will to empty a clip into his chest.

Not to mention a huuuuuuuuuuuge liberal Dem. Though, bless him, he's old school Catholic Dem so he's not entirely a moonbat. Just mainly. I have grand amounts of fun in horrifying him with my evil evil libertarian ways.

The article also helpfully mentions that the 2nd Amendment was written "...over two-hundered years ago..." I wonder if they mention that when discussing all those other pesky Constitutional rights? So, so antiquated.

From the article:
The four liberal dissenting justices warned of the ruling's consequences. "The decision threatens to throw into doubt the constitutionality of gun laws throughout the United States," Justice Stephen Breyer said.
I'm pretty sure he meant that as a bad thing.
