Really, is all of this stuff that hard?

Did someone fire the entire protocol department at the State Department and no one noticed? Because, really, with such rocket surgery like displaying the Philippine flag upside down, I'm starting to think so.

Looks that way to me too.
The blue field should be on the top, not the bottom as it's shown.

That one is far less excusable. I mean, their blue field is in the same place as ours, you'd think it would look weird in the lower, right corner instead of the upper left.

These tools know far too much to learn anything.
