A Bristol, Virginia minister was busted for DUI and indecent exposure recently, but that's only the beginning.

The good reverend also took a leak in front of a group of children at a car wash...wearing a skirt.  When he was arrested, he also offered to give sexual favors to the cops and had an open bottle of vodka (no mention if it was Val-U-Rite) and an emptyied bottle of Oxycodone. 

He also hosted an AM radio show, the audience was told by the station manager to pray for him.
