Of all the practices of Islam, I think honor killing is the most dispicable.  Killing a member of your family for any reason is just sick and trying to justify it with religion is just evil.

2 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to actual homophobia.  Homophobia is not thinking that I'm going to hell because I like girls too.  It's taking steps to help me get there.

This is why I think multi-culturalism is bullshit.  I do not have to respect the beautiful tapestry of any culture that kills people for being queer.  Nope.  In point of fact, I think it's my moral obligation to point out that such actions are barbaric.

It is morally necessary to point out that our culture is provably, empirically superior to the culture of, let's say, Iran.  It helps create a good basis point for relations with them by immediately establishing that their wishes are by definition less valuable than ours.  We are the good guys and they are the bad guys. 

This everpresent need for the left to believe that everything is a grey area is really starting to cramp civilization's style.  Most places bear an element of grey but some issues are as clear as the line down the center of a highway.
