Nice!  Schwarzenegger tried to create a California Universal Health Plan, which crashed and burned, but he agreed to a big sin tax on tobacco to fund it...well, the guy who provides cigars for the Governator decided Arnold wasn't buying any smokes at his store until he promises to reject any additional tobacco tax.  The tobacconist sent Arnold's aides back to the Governor's mansion without any cigars, and posted signs stating that he was unwelcome.
