Apparently, Miller has asked their name be removed from the fair, but the money is I guess staying,
, I don't drink that swill (I'm a one or two beers at dinner type, so super cheap crap doesn't appeal to me), so I don't really care.
The big brouhaha is over a poster featuring this goof on The Last Supper, with a bunch of leathermen and a bunch of sex toys on the table.
Really, I'm not surprised by the picture itself, this is just another typical boring swipe at Christians in the name of art and pretending you're some daring subversive, I'm more surprised that it wasn't Schmitts that sponsored the fair...

How brave. Yawn.
Call me when you have Mohamed in a leather teddy.

It would be really brave if they'd do this with Mohammed and his midnight ride in which he descended to the 7th circle of hell. But then, the Moslems would riot and kick homosexual ass and cut a few throats along the way. Ehhhh, easier to tick off the Christians; everyone knows they're a bunch of pansies.

I had long suspected Ned Flanders was a Miller drinking man.

blah don't care. and on last check i'm pretty sure that the painting, "the last supper" was not considered sacred by anyone, and lampooning it matters not one wit. if Miller wants to sponsor it more power to them. maybe if christians weren't so stuck up they could check the numerous other lampooning of the painting and get their knickers in a twist about all those others too. But until than they are just singling out gays because secretly they are obsessed with butt sex. : )

I'm not bothered because its just juvenile and stupid and its just not worth getting worked up over, but really, this is one of the more debauched goofs on The Last Supper, so I can see being annoyed with it.

What the hell has happened to Miller? They use to be the beer for blue collar guys and had all those great "Miller time" and "tastes great, less filling" commercials. Now they're doing this? Yeah, it's not worth getting worked up over, but it makes you wonder what the hell they're thinking.
