1 Actually, as someone pointed out, they may have gotten the message loud and clear. The Dems might realize they are pretty much fucked next year either way, so hey, let's fuck up the country as much as possible in the time we have left! Obama even said: "I would prefer to be a one term president if it means I get to permanently fuck up America." (That may not be an exact quote)

2 screaming "fuckyou" gets you nowhere.  screaming "fuckyou" on this blog, with its low readership (no offense inteded) gets you less than nowhere.

If you want to make a difference, you have to reach as many people as you can with a cogent, logical, well-delivered message.

Friends, co-workers, guys you meet at random.

Here's an anecdotal bit:  A store owner near me, with 2 german sheppards (I have 2 german sheppards, it's how we met) started ranting to me today about health care and how they wouldn't take care of his wife because she had high blood pressure.  Our discussion, after 30 minutes, ended with him agreeing that it's those goddam lawyers and NOT the insurance companies (as he'd thought) that are the real problem. 

I educated him. gave him websites to go to to find out exactly wtf is going on. 

You'd be surprised at how many people don't understand "why" and that they are, in fact, conservative. 

Talk to people.  Don't be shy.
