It's not politics anymore

Dennis the Peasant is an accountant and he's discussing all those companies saying they're losing money because of Obamacare and the upcoming show trials. It's worth a read in its entirety. He makes sense of it all.
He has a copy of the SEC form they are required by law to file.
So what Waxman is asking for is really what they would have had to give to the SEC anyway. I think these hearings will be a huge loss for the Dems. The CEOs will say, "We had to do this by law." and as the Dems freak it will become obvious they have no idea what the hell they're talking about.

He makes a great point, the Dems don't realize that politics affects the real world and they can't manipulate the real world politically.

He also points out how the next week or two are going to be very interesting as more and more publicly held companies file these required by law forms.

I think I saw this at the puppy blender's.

1 Yup, all of this information has to be filed by the laws that Congress passed.  Of course, it's the eeeeevvviiiilll company's fault for not being an NGO in the first place.

2 Seconded.  To me this type of thing is a great example of the double-edged sword that is the Legacy Media.  The Democrats are so blinded by their own will to power that they believe their own bullshit.  See Pony, Silky. As always, the Minitru is doing its best to help them shovel but thanks to the magic of the intertubes it'll be a lot harder to flush this episode down the memory hole once Waxman and his compatriots at the WH figure out that those hearings would be a steaming pile of FAIL with bonus multiplier Funneh points for demonstrating their political hackery and their effectively high-functioning level of r-tardedness  if they actually go through with it.

And the best part is, all of this Funny is just an appetizer for November's wake-up call.  I mean, the AP is actually running stories about how the passage of Socialized Medicine is going to limit Dem losses in November.  You just cannot make this stuff up!

Final rambling aside:  I guess I'm not the only one that reads DtP...

3 I actually saw that link elsewhere, but I've read him off and on for years.

He's always knowledgeable and usually entertaining, he just writes about stuff that I'm not always interested in and there's only so many blogs you can read if you're name isn't Puppy Blender, The.

He was funny when he was making fun of CJ and Co. when they first started PJ whatever it was. He was obviously pretty bitter but he didn't write bitter, angry things. He mostly pointed and laughed.
