Berlusconi wins!  For those confused about the title, Berlusconi stated that he didn't think anyone was retarded enough to vote for the lefty opposition this election, which caused a bit of a stir in the press.  He has a bit of a track record of saying things that give media types the vapors.  You've gotta love Berusconi, he just says whatever comes to mind.
