Is there some reason Bob Etheridge isn't in jail right now?
Seriously, if any one of normal person had done what he did, had it published, then had it go viral on teh intarwebs, we'd be sitting in jail. So why isn't he? I want to know if he actually stole the phone or not, too, because if he did, he should be charged for that too.

Frankly, I'd wager that a GOP Congressman would be facing charges already if they'd done similar as well.
