Let's see, the AZ immigration pisses off illegals, leftists and corrupt businesses, and it
. I see no downside to this.

I fucking hate it when bands go political. I wish I hadn't clicked on that link, since I actually like one of those bands, and now I have to boycott buying their first new album in a decade.
*grumble*

Massive Attack is the only one mentioned worth bothering with. But I'll just go ahead and boycott them by downloading the music for free on the internet. Cause fuck them too.

Massive Attack would be the band I was referencing. Heh.

I like Massive Attack and Sonic Youth, but, yeah, keeping Rage Against Homework out of your state would be a net plus.

I read somewhere that the damn LILTH FAIR did this to. I'm with you; I wish Texas would get with the program.

You're not a Sonic Youth fan, Ember? For shame...

Just another example of my complete lack of any real pop culture knowledge, Alice. I'm just not that familiar with Sonic Youth. Ask anyone at H2 about how many movies I've seen - you'll get the idea.

Sonic Youth isn't pop culture, they haven't been popular for about 20 years.
We're going to sit you and Gabriel down in a room together and make you watch movies.

You know, there's a signup sheet for bands at the thesoundstrike.net website. Didn't at least one person here mention keeping a list of future band names on their refrigerator? Wouldn't it be a shame if they had to vet thousands of petitioners?

I'm the one with the refridgerator band name list, Alice!
And just because it's old pop culture doesn't make it not pop culture. ... that sentence is weird.

Sonic Youth has never exactly been "popular."
