Halloween Costume

No, I'm not dead. Its just been a busy few weeks.

Anyhoo, I want to go as Universal Health Care for halloween and I've got the Doctor's scrubs so I just need some prop that makes it clear that I'm not a supporter.

Any ideas? I thought of a shotgun and a clipboard like in the Far Side comic.
