did carville just godwin?

I saw this earlier, but Rosetta brought it up in comments, another classic Carville line, in declaring Hillary tougher than Obama,

"If she gave him one of her cojones, they'd both have two."

For some reason, it made me think of the old classic, Hitler Has Only Got One Ball, hence why I ask if Carville just went Godwin.

Obviously I'm joking, but what are the odds the Nutroots try and make a serious claim along those lines?  I'm guessing low, but within the realm of possibility.
