SRSLY?  The DoJ is backing DC in the Supreme Court case, which would overturn the gun ban in DC if DC loses.  I hope Fred capitalizes on this and rips Bush apart for this latest sellout. 

As shaky as the conservative coalition is right now, the last thing we need is to piss off gunowners too, they do stay home when they don't get what they want, and they do get results, even the Democrats are avoiding gun control as an issue, because they know better after the 1994 revolution and subsequent GOP wins.  Bush would be wise to heed the words of his predecessor, but he's a tin-eared retard, so I'm not real optimistic,

3 Why do they keep pushing amnesty?  They do it because K Street pays them to.  A lot of businesses want that cheap labor and the congress is for hire. Also, haven't you ever heard some semi-liberal wiseass ask, "Who's going to mow our lawns and who's going to take care of our kids if we don't have the undocumented?"  And, of course, what they mean is, "Who is going to do it for a wage we friends of the working man are willing to pay."
