And no, he didn't shoot Marvin in the face, the posts for this story are gonna probably all have the same basic jokes, so just play along till I'm done.  He was driving drunk and killed one of his passengers.  He's out on bond now, but this seems pretty cut and dry, I almost think they have to send him to the pen for a while.
