An Alaskan guy was selling about one hundred Seal weeners to a local gift shop to sell as an aphrodisiac, mostly to Asian clients.  He could face up to year in jail and $20K in fines. 

Ya'know, this guy must be like a Lorena Bobbitt from Hell in the seal world.
