ABC hires Amanpour for "This Week"

Really?

No, I mean really?!? What are they thinking?

I guess I'm getting what I deserve for actively rooting for Jake Tapper, because Lord knows the dino-media would do whatever is the opposite of the obvious and rational thing to do.

1 Anyone who qualifies for two out of the following three doesn't get their news from TV anymore: Middle age or younger, intelligent, conservative-oriented. ABC is simply playing to the demographic they have left. I'm surprised Tapper hasn't been let go.

2 They've gone from a host who worked for democrats to one who's married to one. That's progress people. By the time networks stop doing news, they may consider hiring someone who's unaffiliated with the left.
