A hidden gem in Obama's top ten songs

Fox News got a list of each candidates' top ten favorite songs.  Now, usually I would ignore "news" stories like this because I'm terrified about what the GOP nominee will say, but this makes it worth it (emphasis mine):

Obama, the Illinois Democrat, chose Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On” as his No. 2 pick after the Fugees. Songs “I’m on Fire” by Bruce Springsteen, the Rolling Stone’s “Gimme Shelter” and Nina Simone’s “Sinnerman” rounded out his leading five.

Other artists on Obama’s list were Kanye West, U2 and Aretha Franklin. The contender also gave a nod to will.i.am and his Internet sensation, “Yes We Can,” which was written for Obama.

Obama can't compile a top ten list without including a song that is about him?  And the article leaves out the fact that it wasn't written for him, it was just one of his speeches set to music.  Oh, and you can even hear him delivering the speech beneath will.i.am's singing.

Why is this not surprising?

***Thanks for the link, Allah!  Everyone make sure to check out the rest of doubleplusundead.

1 McCain is getting desperate if this is all he can muster against Senator Obama.

Let's not forget McBush listens to ABBA, which -- among many other things -- should automatically disqualify him from higher office.

2 Thanks for stopping by, and leaving that ever so insightful comment, Mammoth.  After all, I know how busy you are at work, splitting atoms...with your mind.

5 Then why is a movie based on ABBA music so big in theaters?

7 Mamma Mia! is one of those movies my dad would have probably liked if he was still around. ABBA was one of his favorite bands.

Indeed - some men are pussies, as exemplified by your lame-ass remark about Scoop's deceased father's taste in music from that generation.

But just to give you hope, I'll inform you that I'm a female with cojones you can only dream of having. And to prove this point, I will just simply say - FOAD, in a fire.

Never underestimate a female who misses her own father and who also happens to like ABBA.

10 Okay, so I've been MIA for a while.  I come back and what do I see, but a sad specimen of troll here.

McCain is getting desperate if this is all he can muster against Senator Obama.

Okay, Mammoth, you ridiculously stupid bitch, did you notice that McCain wasn't the one who wrote this article?

Hmm maybe the American male is more pussified than previously thought.

It's quite obviously at least partially true, as we see that pussification in you.  Thankfully, you aren't representative of most American males.

And BTW, nice liberal "pussified" lib-speak.  I'm sure your libtard sisters would be soooo proud of you.  Is that why you're here?  You got banned from all the libtard blogs?

P.S.  Die in a fire.
