I am pleased to say that my state, the great state of Texas, will not be delinquent in delivering my tax refund, as we in the Lone Star State have resisted the siren song of the income tax.
I, for one, embrace Rick Perry's tongue-in-cheek suggestion of secession. It wouldn't be the first time and this time we'd have a morally justifiable reason.
