Simple recipe for OUTRAGEUOS OUTRAGE!
1) Make a joke about The Most Smartest and Beautiful Woman in All History.
2) Wait about a half second.
The best part is that, naturally, Tommy Christopher wasn't calling Jim Treacher a racist. He was just saying that Treach didn't have the courage to admit his RACISM!!11!!!eleventy!!!111!!! openly.
