I found it for him. It's the flag of that fascist nation, Tomania.

I know how to say it in English, it's spelled "Charles Johnson".

Eric at Classical Values finds some pretty compelling evidence that the Tennessee flag is related to fascism, via Pennsylvania Nazis.
