Yeah, that'd be because everything else is produced by Marxists and they won't let the GOP use it, Nashville is the only place that you can get the okay.  This is why I always thought the McCain campaign was smart for just using songs and clips without seeking permission, get the ad or clip out there, then let the media carry it while you take it down officially when the inevitable cease order hits your desk. 

The Wilson sisters have already sent the cease letter to the PALIN!/mccain campaign over the use of their song "Barracuda."  And no, they wouldn't have given permission to use it, either.  I'll give the GOP credit, they're not real net savvy, but they did learn one trick from the intarwebs,
