All Zettel knows is he had to pay out thousands of dollars to fix his New Holland loader tractor after Troy Taibinger tried to outride police on it for two hours in Woolwich and Wellesley townships last June.

Taibinger was due to be sentenced in Kitchener's Ontario Court Friday. He pleaded guilty last month to dangerous driving, theft over $5,000, failing to stop for police and possession of crystal methamphetamine.

However, his sentencing was adjourned to next month.

Taibinger told reporters after his arrest that he was high on crystal meth when he decided to steal the tractor from Zettel's Maryhill Road farm. The keys were in the ignition.
