In the city of Muskogee, which has a population of 38,000.  It'll be interesting to see where this goes.  So the question is, is this a serious thing, as in, is this student the real deal, or was the other candidate that bad?  A city of 38,000 is too much city for people to goof around and vote for the kid running as a goof.
