2 I can honestly say I've never had one of those. Ever step on a caterpillar? The green goo that comes out? That's pretty much why I can't drink those ... I have the same problem with guacamole.

6 I kind of remember a pineapple shake they had once to celebrate something or other. Man was it good. However this one is pretty good, too, but I prefer chocolate.

8 Actually, Mac is Gaelic for 'descendant of' and it as much Irish as it is Scot, with Mc merely being a contraction of the former. (O' whatever, though, is strictly Irish.)
