WTF is Right With Wisconsin?

Yeah, you read that right.

If you haven't seen this video (it happened just a few blocks from my house) you really need to see it. It is simply amazing video of regular people being heroic.

Fucking amazing.

WTF is wrong with Wisconsin that someone's barreling down the road in a residential neighborhood in a two ton deathtrap, fast enough to roll it and catch it on fire?

WTF is wrong with Wisconsin that someone can claim to be running to a car to help, while he's doing nothing but videotaping, and nobody calls him on it?

WTF is wrong with Wisconsin that no one thought to bust out a garden hose for several minutes after the fire started?
