We should read absolutely nothing into this

I'm not sure which is more horrifying...that a giant statue of Jesus was struck by lightning, or that this particular giant statue of Jesus cost $700,000. (h/t Amy Welborn)

Update: Oh dear, I had no idea that statue is known as Touchdown Jesus.
