Keep your chin up. It will get a little easier, by fits and starts, as time goes by (my experience anyway).

You might also remember:    The only way for the goodness and humanity of those that have died to succeed is for us left behind to carry in our hearts the precious memories of their loved ones.  Also, it's OK to cry and cuss.

2 In times like this I often think that the Moron Love and sympathy is a comparatively small and insignificant thing considering the circumstances but I also know that when I've grieved the smallest things could make a huge difference.  I've been praying for you and your BFF's friends and family in this difficult time and my heart goes out to you.  Loss is hard when we're in this world even though we know that Love is eternal and life itself is but a small and passing thing.

And if I lived closer to you, I'd bring you food.

Just get through this minute. And then the next one. Eventually you won't feel like you've been run over by a truck anymore.
