2 I'm guessing giant frelling fluorescent lights pointing right at the camera had nothing to do with it at all.  He'll probably get it home and have no problems whatsoever.

That was the impression I got when I watched the video.  Plus the fact that the description at the YouTube page where the video is on underlines this fact.  Incindentally, Consumer Reports did their own test, and part of the problem is that he doesn't have enough light on his face for the camera to read.

6 I saw a CNN article on this somewhere and I'm too lazy to look it up right now, and, yes, he didn't actually mean to start a thing.  They just thought it was funny ...
