I was going to put together a SOTU drinking game but I'm afraid even we Morons would get alcohol poisoning within 5 minutes.

If you go for the low hanging fruit like 'middle-class', then yeah, you're gonna be in the hospital immediately. The key is to pick things he doesn't want to address but may have to mention.
mention of Biden -- drink
mention of Scott Brown -- 2 drinks
mention of his teleprompter -- chug
That kind of thing.
