Look, it makes me feel better and isn't that the important thing?
It occurred to me, while screaming at the Browns, that I have been deeply neglecting my responsibility to turn this into a shoe blog. Thus, I will now take steps to cure that.
Not only do I want those, I want to have a reason to need those. Perhaps when Prince Paolo is taking me to the ball.

You need a pair because you're pushin' their stuff on a blog mostly dedicated to politics.
Hope that helps with the justifications when you, invariably, snap and, well, snap them up.

Oh this is sooo not a good thing to get me focused on. I have been on the wagon lately. I haven't bought shoes in months. At least impractical shoes, which are the most wonderfulest kind to buy! I do not exactly wear 4 inch stilettos to chase four kids, but I own many many pairs...

ECM - Those are only $600 so that's not nearly so bad. Of course, for that I could get a PS3 and an XBox so hmmm.
Alice - I'm mainly trolling Bluefly and Neiman Marcus except for some of the errr more specialty items, shall we say.
Jennifer - I nearly went with those Loubutin's but I liked the jeweled piece on these more. And the black shoes you linked would actually be an excellent investment, treat them well, get them resoled and you could wear them forever. And heaven bless you with the kids, I can barely keep myself alive, let alone anyone else.
