Too much time spent in the hospital after trying to open those things. Too many pints of blood lost, limbs severed, etc.
Better to hire people to do it for you.

Consumer Reports does a thing every year on the worst packages to open. One year the poor intern who gets stuck opening the packages suffered something like a 4 inch gash trying to open one. I shouldn't find that as funny as I do.
