Bleg: Hosting a few "exchange students"

I hate to bother you guys, but I'm trying to set up a little thing where around a dozen young ladies from a certain Central American country provide, well, certain "services" for clients of mine, if you know what I mean.  I'm having trouble finding housing for them, and I'm also looking for some tax advice regarding any deductions I might be eligible for, seeing as how I'm hosting these young ladies and that ain't exactly cheap.  And "hostin' ain't easy," you know?

The thing is, I've checked out various MSM sources, and they don't have anything to say about this kind of situation, which I'm sure other people may have worked on.  You would think they might at least have something about an issue like this covered by some of their reporters who deal with consumer affairs (hey, we're in a recession that Barack Obama inherited from George W. Bush, after all!) but I can't find much of anything about issues like these from the people we depend upon for information!  You'd think they would be all over something like this, but, unfortunately, they aren't providing much of anything on this subject.

What it comes down to is this: I've got a group of kids (and I can't stress enough that these are kids) who would like to come to this country and interact with Americans.  In fact, I would like these kids to form intimate relationships with Americans, if possible.

Is there an organization that any of you could recommend that might offer me some assistance with this project?
