Dear People of Honduras

I'm sorry.  Sorry, and frankly, embarrassed.

Who could have predicted that your entire country would be punished for following the laws enshrined in your very constitution.  I, unlike our scary intelligent, constitutional-scholar President, understand that there is only one fully, truly forbidden activity in your Constitution and that the dipshit in charge violated it.

I also understand that your duly appointed Supreme Court ordered your would-be thug-in-chief to be removed from office according to the mechanisms present in your nation's governing document and that the military obeyed a Constitutional order by that Court when they ejected him from the country.

What you have to understand is, although he seemed swell to you and the rest of the world when he was running, our new President is absolutely hostile to the rule of law and all Constitutions.  I'd compare his study of the Constitution to how a virologist studies the cold.  He had no interest in strengthening and defending our Constitution but instead needed to find ways he could undermine it within the system.

Sadly, it appears his disregard for governments enshrined on paper extends to your Constitution as well.  Even I, a well-established pessimist on all things Obama didn't think his administration would stoop so low as to punish a neighbor for following its own rules.  For nearly several years we've had to hear this dipshit whine about our "adventurism" and "meddling" in the Middle East only to have him lash out at a devout and honorable ally within months of taking office.

I'm sorry.

But fear not, because I have a plan.  Instead of bowing to the idiotic demands of our State Department, I suggest you market the products and services of your country to those who oppose the thuggish behavior being demonstrated by the Obama Administration.  You should make sure we are aware of any vacation opportunities you have as well as setting up a fund where we can donate a replacement to the funds you've wrongly had withdrawn.

Besides, I'm not really a strong supporter of fiat financial support of our allies.  Instead, I'd prefer to set up a fully voluntary effort by the American people to become closer economic friends without the interference of a government now sadly so hostile.

Whatever you do, don't let that piece of shit back into your country.  You did the right thing and no bullying from Cankles and Captain Bullshit should make you take it back.

Sincerely,
Moron Pundit

Yet More Legal Geekery!

Here's some further healthcare questions I have - no special treat because these aren't as long and as the legal geekery only goes to say an 8.

1.  If there is a public plan, will that plan have a right of subrogation against any and all awards for damages in a personal injury action?  For example, Medicare currently has a first priority lien against any such recovery.  Failure to pay that back results in the amounts being deducted from the individual's Social Security benefits until the amount is met.  Will other public benefits to a public plan receipient be cut if there is a lien and that is not repaid?  If so, does that implicate federalism concerns if the public plan is a federal plan and the public benefit receipts are from state run programs?

2.  If there is subrogation, how will the subrogation be accomplished?  To continue the Medicare example, Medicare retains for itself the right to determine what injuries are caused by an accident.  Will that same position be taken by the public plan?  Likewise, it is incredibly time consuming and frustrating to get an answer from Medicare as to the amount that is owed.  Will the same procedures be put in place for the public plan?  How much will the administrative costs run?

3.  If there is a public plan, will automobile insurance companies be permitted to stop offering mandatory medical benefits with auto policies?  If not, why not?

4.  If there is a public plan, will workers' compensation programs be required to continue to pay for future medical care for an injured worker?  If so, why?  If not, why not?

My questions about health care reform

Caution!  Caution!  I'm kicking the legal geekery up to 12 here.  You have been warned.  I'll put this below the fold due to length.

*** This was way better the first times I wrote it.***

Dear Dickfisters*,

Stop. Calling me. A fucking racist. No, put down your fucking latte and get the cum out of your ears. I fucking mean it. STOP CALLING ME A FUCKING RACIST. No, don't talk. If I gave you the impression that this was an honest exchange of ideas between equals, I apologize. No, its a dangerously escalating encounter that could easily result in a very severe beating.

Of you.

By me.

See, the next time some douchenozzle implies that the only way I could oppose his ridiculous social agenda is because I dislike the swarthiness of the president, I'm going to PUNCH HIM IN THE FUCKING FACE. The next time some taintjockey implies that the only way I'd adopt a "keep your filthy government hands off my body" position is due to my discomfort with the darkies, I'm going to familiarize him with  my A FIST IN THEIR FUCKING TEETH POSITION.

Apparently you people** think that if our president were as whitedy white as my unsunned ass crack, I'd be fucking yanking my taffee in rapturous anticipation of having the government's rusty nanny rod of equality rammed up my asshole. Funny, I don't recall being so excited about the idea when the president was about as white as a human being can be. Fuck, even if I were president I'd be against it and I essentially agree with everything I fucking think.

Just to make sure you understand my position on being called a fucking racist, I've prepared a simple quiz question you can answer to see if what I've shared has sunk in.

YOU:CALLING ME A RACIST::ME

  • A: PUNCHING YOU IN THE FUCKING FACE.
  • B: HEAD BUTTING YOU IN THE FUCKING NOSE.
  • C: ELBOWING YOU IN THE FUCKING THROAT
  • D: KNEEING YOU IN THE FUCKING GENITALS
  • E: ALL OF THE ABOVE

P.S. - You may be one of those people that thinks my anger at being called a racist is based on my white guilt.

Fuck you, I explained.

How about I start calling all of you child rapists and see how you like it. No? Well, that must be because you secretly feel guilty for your part in all that child rape. See the similarity? Of course not, intellectual consistency has never been the left's strong suit.

* - For Alice H. While the video I saw doesn't involve that per se, it is certainly enough to inspire that terrible term. I'd share it but it should never be placed on any civilized website and I like you people.

** - What do I mean by "you people?" I mean windowlickers that believe it is more important that everyone have EQUAL coverage no matter how fucking useless they are than that the people who actually contribute to society have GOOD coverage.  (Of course, EQUAL will only be for those of us that aren't politically connected or super wealthy.  They'll have EXTRA EQUAL coverage.    I mean fucktards that think their so much fucking smarter than everyone else that they should help the government tell them how to live their lives.  Freon-huffers that believe that a cocksucking bureaucrat in Washington DC with a political science degree can make more informed decisions about what procedures will improve your health than the doctor with his motherfucking finger in your asshole.

You know, fucking idiots.

A Chill Wind

I'm sure you've all heard about this by now.  I've been meaning to say my peace about it all day but have needed some time to wrap my head around it.

Here is the imaginary argument I hear about this:

Non-Obama-Worshiper: THEY'RE ASKING YOU TO TURN IN YOUR NEIGHBOR IF HE'S AGAINST THE HEALTH CARE PLAN!

Hope'N'Changer:  BUSHITLER WANTED US TO TURN IN SUSPICIOUS PEOPLE AT TRAIN STATIONS AND BY THAT HE CLEARLY MEANT BROWWWWNNNN PEOPPPLLEEEEE  AMERRIKKKAAAAA!!!!!!!

Here's the difference dick-fister.  Terrorism was and is a very real threat and while even I found the color-coded alert system ridiculous I have no problem acknowledging that being a little more vigilant in public places couldn't hurt.  Besides, they've been asking you if you packed your own luggage since long before Bush was in office.

On the other hand, the White House is asking you to inform on fellow citizens if they are promoting information that might prove inconvenient to their political agenda.

Let me repeat that.

THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE UNITED STATES IS REQUESTING THAT THEIR LOYAL SUPPORTERS FLAG FOR THEM ANY SOURCES OF INFORMATION THAT CONTRADICTS THEM IN THE COURSE OF PUBLIC DEBATE.

I don't know how to make this any clearer.  Exercising your right to free speech and debate is somehow a development that requires notification of the President of the United States.

It is, by far, the most disturbing development I've ever seen in my admittedly short experience with politics.

Sure, the Obama Administration will claim that they only want information that is "fishy" but it is clear that any information hostile to their agenda would miraculously fit that category.  For fuck's sake, the examples they use in that blog post are directly refuted by current versions of the legislation.  FUCKING CONGRESS WOULD BE FISHY BY THEIR STANDARDS.

Man, fuck this shit.  I'm trying really hard not to get too worked up over here but is this for fucking real?  Ahmafuckmyass is the "elected leader of Iran" or... wait no he isn't.  I didn't say what I just said.  Who are you going to believe, me or your own ears?  Sounds FUCKING FISHY TO ME.

Of course Central American leaders should be President for life.  They support Universal Health Care INITIATIVES!!!!111

Its times like these I'm really glad my team has all the guns.

Let Me Clear That Up For You

Frances Kissling at Salon asks:

Should the U.S. government really be in the business of encouraging women to have babies?

Yes.   Next?
Do we really believe the conservative religious line that women who act "heroically" by continuing unintended or difficult pregnancies are somehow more moral than those who chose to abort?

Yes.
Americans overwhelmingly support family planning. But what's the right thing to do if you do get pregnant when you weren’t planning to have a baby?

Have the baby.  Incidentally, the overwhelming majority doesn't support family planning if defined, "abortion as morally equivalent to giving birth."
Is it always or almost always morally superior to bring a child into the world once conceived than to decide that it would be better that this potential person, at this time, under these circumstances should not come to be?

Wow.  Umm.... yes?

You can all go over and wade through the rest of these awesome moral arguments if you just swallowed something poisonous.  There's a bunch more stupid bullshit in there but after that last question I acknowledged that the author and I don't even have the most rudimentary base-line of commonality on which to base a conversation.

MP For President 2016 - Palin's Resignation

What he said.

If that's the epitaph for good, decent mothers in politics, well, we're a smaller, meaner nation for it.

I'll add that I don't think her political career is over but admit that I think 95% of that belief is fed by hope and not clear-thinking rationalism.

In sadness, my gut tells me that the visceral negativity surrounding the mere mention of her name from certain circles has poisoned her forever.

But then, my optimistic side says, if that were the case wouldn't that also be true for the Republican party in general?

We shall see.  All I know is that I'd welcome her as my VP in 2016.

You know what I haven't talked about in ages? Housing stuff!

Wait! Come back! Oh c'mon I have to pretend to provide some non-shoe related content.

Todd Zywicki wrote an interesting article titled Let's Treat Borrowers Like Adults.  The title pretty much sums it up nicely.  I found a few things interesting, such as the fact that the mortgage default crisis is not only centered in a few states, it's also centered in certain areas within those states.  In other words, people took risks, the risks didn't pay off and it's causing systemic problems.

I am a bit torn about the issues of more disclosure and more restrictions on certain types of loans.  Look, there were fraudulent mortgage brokers out there, no doubt about it.  But there were also people who didn't get that their variable rates could go up as well as down.  I'm inclined to believe those who would prey on the stupid will do so no matter what.  And non-traditional mortgages are not necessarily a bad thing.  But, still, some clear language legislation would not be remiss.  I recently read some mortgage documents and finally decided to turn the paper upside down since it would be more comprehensible that way.  Of course, lawyers hate clear language, so don't expect that to happen any time soon.

I continue to be horrified by the idea that all risk must be removed from life.  If you invest, it may not pay off.  If you buy a house to flip for a higher price, you may not get it.  Interest rates may go up, the economy may go down, hell, a volcano could blow up.  Life involves risk.  The soft edges crowd is trying to get rid of all of that in every area of life.  Well.  No.  If misrepresentation actually occurred, then, yes, the homeowner should not be forced to pay the consequences.  But if someone didn't read their mortgage, then, how shall I put this politely, too bad, so sad.

Look, I don't own a home because my credit is too poor to qualify for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage and I'm not willing to gamble my house on a sub-prime mortgage.  It's not unfair or wrong or horrible that I don't own a home.  It's a consequence of my own life and my own actions.  I find it fascinating that the same coalitions who scream about how I have the right to control my own body think I'm too stupid to handle my own money.

"He Better Watch What He Says"

:-|

We don't make those decisions. Ok?," said White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs. "Chrysler makes those decisions. So I am sure you can send Chrysler the address of the blog that you refer to. ... We're not involved in making those decisions I would think your question would be appropriately dealt with by the company that is."

No, fuck you.

I don't know about the rest of you morons but I'm about fully fucking fed up with being talked down to by this administration.  Beyond the fact that we have it on pretty good authority that Chrysler isn't making any fucking decisions anymore, how does he get off being so flippant and dismissive?  Rumsfeld* was crucified for being half this much of a tool to the media.

Due to this rote denial, I'm going to use my handy statistical machine to determine that there is a 100% chance they did politically aim the closings at Chrysler.  See, that's the percentage of denials made by the Obama Administration that have turned out to be solid lies.

Fuck you.  Fucking.  Cocksuckers.

* - I loved him.  I still love him.  I want Cheney and Rumsfeld to be Emporer and Supreme Commander.

Initial thoughts + legal geekery

Following will be my initial thoughts on Judge Sotomayor's nomination for the Supreme Court. Please note, I am making no representations that I am wholly familiar with her judicial philosophy or rulings, as I stated, these are initial thoughts.

I'm going to get this out of the way right now - the concept that I should be thrilled with her nomination simply because she has girly bits and hey, I do too is inherently sexist and insulting. This presumption that gender identity should trump any other philosophical differences presumes that I, as a woman, am incapable of placing thought above identity. That's deeply, deeply insulting. My agreements and differences are with her ideas, not her sex. To claim that I must set aside all that I think and believe simply because she is female as well places the realm of theory underneath that of tribal identity. What utter bosh.

IMMEDIATE UPDATE: I'm trying to get my hands on the speech referenced in this post for my own analysis. But based on the excerpts and what Gabe says over at Moron Central, well, I retract my attempts at being fair minded and not assuming the worst. The idea of "special knowledge" and different ways of thinking based on ethnic and gender differences is appalling, particularly in a judge. So, while I stand by the statements contained below, I am less inclined to give the benefit of the doubt to her at this point.

More geekery to follow:

Oh, so these are the rules now?

So these are the rules now?

Bring it, bitch.  Seriously.  I can do oppo like a motherfucker and if these are the rules, then fine.  Turnabout is fair (so to speak) play and all that.

This is the thing, there is an assumption by those who use the Alinsky tactics that those against whom the tactics are being used won't fight back.  Now, this is not a bad assumption based on prior experience.  But things change.  I, for one, am tired of playing "fair".  If we're going to degenerate into completely ignoring the rule of law and basic freaking decency, well, then I'm not going to be the last one standing there playing by the rules.  Of course I don't want to descend to that level.  But sometimes that's all that's left to do.  So these are the rules now.  Okay then.

I'm thinking that it's about damn time someone slaps a TRO on the asses of those who do this.  Not to mention pursuing stalking charges.  Oh and if they're taking pictures of/posting info about kids?  Yeah, possibly predation claims as well.  What's that?  That's not fair?  That's slanderous and libelous and harassing and untrue and vile and and and. . . Yeah.  Sucks to be on the other side now doesn't it?

Opening Pandora's box is never ever a good idea.

An Open Letter To Representative Jack "Abscam" Murtha

Who the fuck do you think you are?

I only ask because you seem to be confused.  I'm not talking the normal state of fugue in which you drift through the halls of power.  We're all aware of your mental retardation.

No, I'm talking eating shit and calling it a steak confused.  I'm talking thinking Wanda Sykes is funny confused.  You know, out of your fucking mind.

Did someone tell you you were important?  Did someone mistake you for a decent human being and not one of the biggest fucking wastes of human space to ever rob oxygen from babies?

I mean, for fuck's sake.  Nine out of ten serial killers have done less damage to American society than you.  You're like ... well...  remember that song by Alanis Morrisette, Ironic?  Let's use that as a template:

You are like:

  1. An old man turned ninety-eight ... got brutally fisted by a roving band of AIDS-infected gorillas.
  2. Cyanide in your Chardonnay.
  3. A death row pardon ... that leads to the execution style killing of 47 daycare workers.
  4. Catching Ebola on your wedding day.
  5. A free ride ...  to a human slavery ring.
  6. Ten thousand spoons when all you need is your insulin.

Is this beginning to make sense?  People like you don't get to bully veterans and call soldiers murderers.  That's like colon cancer calling you an asshole.

No.  You're the fucking asshole.  You're a festering cancer on the body politic.  A slimy parasite wallowing happily in America's shitty colon.  You're slightly less classy than 2girls1cup while simultaneously being more hypocritical than alterboy-fucking priest.

I wouldn't piss on you to put out a fire.  If it were between saving your life and getting an uneccessary spinal tap, I'd undergo the procedure because it could theoretically have some value.

So, in the future I have a few suggestions:

  1. Stop talking.
  2. Try to buddy up with Ted Kennedy and get him to take you on late night rides in his limosine.
  3. Take up heroin.
  4. Go fuck yourself sideways with a chainsaw.

In closing, I'd just like to mention that the assembled cast of The Ringer would be a vast improvement over you and your staff.  I don't know what you offered Satan for the power you wield but I'm pretty sure it included your intelligence, your honor, your conscience and your morality.

Rot in hell motherfucker,

On Obama's New BFF, Chavez

As much as I'd like to explode with impotent, profanity-laced rage at this incident, I just don't think it is a big deal.  The first handshake was quite a bit more friendly than I'd like our President to be but being civil to our enemies in personal meetings goes beyond diplomacy and enters the realm of human decency and politeness.

To put it simply, I'd rather he be relatively friendly with the man than spit on his face.  Let's spit on his face with policy*, not literally.

The second meeting showed Obama to be (to my eyes) visibly perturbed by Chavez's grandstanding and media whoring.  I hesitate to say that because he examined the inside of the book but, again, what was he supposed to do, throw it away?  Also, he's a Communist so he'll probably enjoy the book.

What I'm saying is, let's get pissed about what Obama does with policy and try not to get to rabid about the little shit.  We already do and will continue to have plenty of big things to bitch about.

P.S. - The Cuba thing doesn't really matter to me.  I fear the Cuban government will find a way to take advantage of this arrangement financially (abductions, extortion, illegal immigration, etc) but I figure trying something different can't be that bad after 50 years of failure.  While my preferred "different option" would be to surgically decapitate the Cuban regime, I don't think any president will have the balls for that in my life time so I'll take this and see what happens.  Certainly, it couldn't be any worse than the status quo.

P.P.S. - The long speech Obama gave about us having a relationship of equals with the states of Latin America is retarded.  We are in no way equal and diplomacy should reflect that.  If there were a vote to determine an international dispute, why the fuck should Bolivia's vote count anywhere near equal to the United States?  It shouldn't.

Of course, there should never be a global vote to determine to determine U.S. policy.  We already had one.

* - To be clear, I doubt anything good will come on this front but I'll let him make the mistakes before I roast him for them.

On Second Thought, Maybe This Won't Be As Massive Of A Rant As I Had Previously Thought

But here goes anyway.

First of all, any Republican/Conservative/Whatever You Are who opposes Obama and his policies and is/was shocked at the release of the DHS report that just came out should not be. That is how they view anybody who is not them: not as an opponent to be defeated in an electoral process, but as a national security threat on par with North Korea and Islamic Terrorism.

Bt my focus is not on the left, even though I relish blasting them at every turn. No, my attention is on all of those ostensibly on our side who acted in 2008 as though an Obama Administration would be no big deal, and that Sarah Palin, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, the tea parties, or bitter clingers are an embarassment and should be avoided and mocked. To you, I just want to say:

Allow Me To "Just Air A Theory"

So, KOS issues that "Right Wing Speech Killd Cops" tweet (or something like that), then CNN, MSNBC, and MediaMatters all pick up on it, going so far as to claim that any anti-Obama speech is hateful and dangerous. Finally, the meme has mestasized to the point that now Fox News is being labeled by the left as the Master Agitator for any and all chaos that may ensue at any and all conservative gatherings.*

Then, sure enough, the DHS report referenced at Moron Central comes out.

Maybe I'm a bit out there, but isn't it convenient that a week and a half after the leaders of the online left and their most reliably obedient cable news networks start an all out meme launching about how Conservatives are planning violence, that report is leaked out?

Per the title of this post, I will quote the gay gossip anti-Semitics at The Atlantic, and just "air a theory".

*The lack of links regarding various lefty quotes on this post is due to the fact I am too tired, busy, and lazy to go digging for them. And besides, you all probably have seen them already, so you know of which I speak.

A Question Of Stopping Power

John recently asked about stopping power in guns.

Well, John, here is the article I referenced, thanks to VMAX. Hopefully it will help you out.

As for me, I'll take a slow-moving .45 to a gun fight any day. I absolutely despise a 9mm for defensive situations (yes, they will eventually kill but often not quickly enough to prevent the BG from doing you in first)and a .380 as well. These are probably the two calibers I see most often on the autopsy table.

But then, I've seen most everything. I've seen a guy killed by a .416 Rigby, as well as a suicide to the head with a .44 Mag that didn't penetrate the skull on the other side.

The long and short of it is that you just don't know how ANY bullet will react to tissue and bone until you open them up and take a look. I've seen hardball fragment and hollowpoints act just like hardball. That said, shoot what you're comfortable with and place your shots well whatever caliber you use.

The .357 is gloriously effective. It's just that semi-autos are much more common than they used to be, so we see far more 9mm and .380 rounds on the autopsy table than we do the .38 and .357. Particularly among the gangbangers, the 9mm and .380 are the weapons of choice. The .357 is a wonderfully effective round for self-defense from what I've seen, but it's rare that we get them in anymore.

Again, this is from experience that I've made my calls on what works and what doesn't. I have no use for mouse guns like the .32, although it's a lot better to have a mouse gun than nothing at all. Personally, I'll never carry anything smaller than a .40 and prefer the .45. Day in and day out, results from the autopsy table show me that the .45 is the gun to have in a gun fight, provided you can shoot it well. If not, it's better to have something you can shoot well, even if it's a mouse gun, than something you can't.

Yeah, tell me about it, Smitty. I spent most of my life in Knoxville, TN and absolutely loved it. But then, my job is working in the Medical Examiner's Office, and, as you said, this is a target-rich environment. Having a job in an Atlanta morgue is job security at its best.

KRL, I'll take slow and heavy to light and fast any day. What I want is a round that plows through bone and tissue and expends ALL of its energy in the body. That said, the 125-grain .357 is marvelously effective.

That help?

Jenny McCarthy Should Just Stick To Doing What She Does Best

Good thing she is good in the sack, and willing to doff her clothes for minimal reason, because her role as one of the more prominent spokeshacks for one of the most criminal medical scams going has proven tiresome.

Here is her latest bit of genius from an interview in Time:

Your book points out that autism rates between 1983 and 2008 have climbed in lockstep with vaccination rates, yet childhood obesity, diabetes and even cell-phone use have soared since then, too. Why do you find causation in one and not the others?

I'm not saying it's only the vaccines. But children are given so many shots from the moment they're born. They get multiple injections all at once, and if they fall behind, doctors put them on a catch-up schedule. Babies get the hepatitis B vaccine immediately after they're born and the only way for a newborn to contract that disease is if the mother is a carrier. Why not just screen the mother? Evan was handed to me pre-vaccinated with a Band-Aid on his foot.

Most people who blame autism on vaccines point to the mercury in the shots, yet mercury has been removed from most vaccines and autism rates continue to climb.

We don't believe it's only the mercury. Aluminum and other toxins also play a role. The viruses in the vaccines themselves can be causing it, too.

Your collaborator recommends that parents accept only the haemophilus influenzae type B (HIB) and tetanus vaccine for newborns and then think about the rest. Not polio? What about the polio clusters in unvaccinated communities like the Amish in the U.S.? What about the 2004 outbreak that swept across Africa and Southeast Asia after a single province in northern Nigeria banned vaccines?

I do believe sadly it's going to take some diseases coming back to realize that we need to change and develop vaccines that are safe. If the vaccine companies are not listening to us, it's their f___ing fault that the diseases are coming back. They're making a product that's s___. If you give us a safe vaccine, we'll use it. It shouldn't be polio versus autism. (Read "New Clues to Autism's Cause.")

Sigh.

Why do I mention all of this? I dunno. But when I see that more and more people are buying into the crap charlatans are pushing onto empty vessels (minus the silicone in her chest) such as McCarthy, I get pissed, and I blame the dipshits and their spokeshacks. Here is what is mentioned in the usually unreadable LA Times:

In all, more than 10,000 kindergartners started school last fall with vaccine exemptions, up from about 8,300 the previous school year. In 1997, when enrollment was higher, the number of exempted kindergartners was 4,318.

Statewide, only 2% of kindergartners had exemptions. But The Times found they were enrolled in a relatively small number of schools. Parents who sign affidavits saying vaccines are “contrary to my beliefs” are most likely to send their children to schools in affluent areas -- many of them public charter schools and non-Catholic private schools.

The Times found that 1 in 11 elementary schools statewide may be at risk of an outbreak of an infectious disease such as measles, mumps or whooping cough. It's a risk some parents are willing to take.

"As a parent, I'd rather deal with my kid dealing with measles or mumps and sit with them in a hospital . . . than taking your chances on a shot and having irreversible effects," said Kim Hart, a mother of two in San Clemente.

How many outbreaks are going to have to happen before we realize that this bullshit is stupid? I recall Moron Pundit's take a few months ago about the fears he had concerning his daughter, though I wish to expand. I, too, am a father, and if I find out that some Oprah-watching Soccer Mom puts my daughter at risk because she let a semen dumpster and a daytime TV clown convince her about anything, I will make Sherman's March to the Sea seem like a book of wet matches.

Attitude of Entitlement

You have got to be fucking kidding me.

Corporate America has an attitude of entitlement?  How can this communist fucker say this with a straight face?

Try this logic.  The people in corporate America work.  This work entitles them to compensation.

On the other hand, people that don't work aren't entitled to anything.  Except, apparently, hundreds of billions of dollars.  For that matter, isn't Obama the one who's all gung ho for giving them all this money?  How do you think that modifies their obviously evil sense of entitlement?

Fuck you.

Also, Nancy Pelosi tells me its unAmerican to enforce immigration laws.  So, it is unAmerican to enforce laws enacted by the democratic process of the United States now?  Who knew.  Let's try it with some other types of laws:

  • It is unAmerican to enforce child labor laws.
  • It is unAmerican to enforce civil rights laws.
  • It is unAmerican to enforce workplace safety laws.
How about this?  It is unAmerican to be a terrifying Cunt Lich.

Behold The Consequences Of Sitting Out

As you may know by now, I am not a big fan of the "sit out to send a message" theory of voting. I may not like who gets a nomination, but I sure as hell won't sit out or vote for a no hope third party, because to do so is in essence a vote for the other side. In fact, Arlen Specter may be one of the first times in my memory where I don't give a flying fuck if a primary challenger beats an incumbent, but loses the General Election*.

That is why this post by Ace was top notch.

Especially this bit:

If you didn't vote -- rather out of apathy, antipathy to McCain, or anger at Bush -- well, this is the consequence.

A lot of Republicans sat on the sidelines last election or even crossed party lines. To some extent the election was a referendum on Republican management of the country -- but you can't just vote on the management. You also vote, inescapably, on ideology. And this is the ideology that has been ushered in.

I may be wrong, but that's my $.02.

*I exclude cases such as Palin beating Murkowski in 2006, because at the time, whoever won the GOP Primary was probably the clubhouse leader for the General Election anyway.

USA: Communists Welcome

In case nobody else has been watching USA, they've been doing a series of 'commercials' since the inauguration that make me want to saturation nuke their headquarters.

One of them is just public fellatio of the One while others profile "artists" like the dipshit who painted this piece of shit.

I am inclined to never watch their network again but then I am reminded that most everyone in the industry is just as euphorically retarded.

Dear 52, go fuck yourself.  Love, 48.  We'll be waiting.  Don't screw it up.

P.S. - If you've noticed my absence, I'm in the middle of a very massive project at work with a very ridiculous deadline so I'm pretty much out of commission.  Don't worry, I'll be drawing cocks on people's faces (and soon, one I've famously avoided...) and yelling profanities at my monitor in no time.
