I say it was Gov. Palin, but I'm sure our betters will inform us that people were really wanting to see Josh Brolin promote W.

Because all the people who will be voting for McCain tuned in!
We have abandoned MSM a loooooong time ago. So let them enjoy their banter whilst they may, election day is coming, and so are McCain and Palin
