Yikes. WMATA is confirming at least 2 deaths. And as the Hammer says, when a government agency confirms deaths that quickly, there are surely many more to come.

My prayers for the victims and their families.
Coverage here has been very vague. Initially thought it had occurred in an underground section, leaving me fearing another Moorgate. The D.C. one looks horrific, but at least the cars had somewhere to go.
