Yet another idea so stupid only an intellectual would believe it
Passive drinking.
Passive drinking? Seriously? Seriously? Honestly, this is a concept so fucking stupid I expect that laws will be passed about it within the week.
I wish the nanny staters would be honest and admit that what they really want to do is attempt to legislate away any "bad" behavior at all.
