The Nutroots are demanding some sort of trial or commission to go after people in Bush Administration (and undoubtedly, Bush himself).  It's easy to just dismiss the Nutroots, but I think Byron York has this right, this war crimes trial nonsense isn't to be dismissed. 

These people may well exert real influence on a hypothetical Obama administration.  This would set a very dangerous precedent in American politics, a series of show trials after every change of power would cause incredible damage and instability.
