His replacement, after sending out a "pro-military" flyer with a picture of a Soviet veteran, decided to spend Independence Day in...Canada. 

Not a huge deal to me, but if Tom Rooney can't beat him in the fall, I'll completely lose faith in Florida.  (Even though I'd still move there in a heartbeat.)
