It could happen if Obama wins in November, Senator Smarm would be forced to vacate his Senate seat. Looks like there's a RINO that could pose a challenge if he were to run for the seat, so it could be interesting.

Incidentally, I don't mind that a RINO might grab that seat, liberal places like Delaware are where we should try and get RINOs elected.  RINO>Democrat for the most part, until you become an unbearable liberal smacktard with an R by your name like Chaffee (who no longer has an R next to his name) was, then you've got to go.  The problem isn't RINOs per se, rather the fact that they manage to lock themselves into conservative districts where we should have solid conservatives holding seats.
