That little Pay-to-Play scandal that made Bill Richardson withdraw his name for Commerce Secretary?  Yeah, he was a big donor to Fast Eddie Rendell too.  The guy is based out of LA, and is getting paid $45K a year to act as an adviser to the PA Housing Finance Authority.
