It appears that the Federal Gubmint figured out a nifty way to get more money without actually going through the trouble of raising taxes. Just change the withholding tables.

I've got to say, that's slick.  I would assume the overwhelming majority of people either wouldn't notice or would just assume that there was some new tax or some other fee and that's why the check was a few bucks lighter. 

Dammit, now I'm going to have to do math and figure out if my exemptions are right.  I'll be damned if I'm giving the Feds an interest free loan.
