Over at PA Watercooler, Mayor Nutter is trying to scare the PA legislature into letting Fast Eddie's budget pass and add a 1% hike on Philly's already high 7% tax (it's 6% in the non-Commie parts of the state).  He's talking about laying off 1000 police officers (Wyatt, buddy, you may want to work on that resume), 200 firemen, setting traffic lights to blink and turning off all streetlights, collecting garbage every two weeks, and laying off scores of city workers.

It isn't going to work.  The rest of PA hopes Philly burns to the ground, it's a crime ridden, filthy Marxist hellhole, we're not impressed or intimidated by it or Fast Eddie, who was spawned by the portal to Hell.
