Remember Accountable America?  They're the liberal group that is planning on threatening donors to conservative groups with everything from legal action to public exposure.  Ya know.  For the Children^tm.  And tolerance.  All that good stuff. 

It turns out that any such action would probably violate federal law.  I'm not smart enough to figure out if that's accurate.  Such things are better left to those of us who didn't get a 142 on the LSAT.
